Traffic Chief - please let your traffic officers for a change get out of their cars and control the pedestrian crossings at the Cathedral. The people no longer use the buttons and walk infront of the cars. Frequent control offered between 12:30 and 14:00 will do the trick.

FNB - why is the atm machine at Spar always without paper? This is such a busy area surely one of your staff can go every morning and afternoon to fill the machine with paper before closing time.
Also, why is it that when a person use the atm machine at P'nP and insert a Gold Chip card the machine takes longer to scan the card and makes a running sound? It takes so long that it feels like somebody is busy trying to "clone" the card.

I really enjoyed this piece by Prudence, simply because it's basic textbook journalism - she went further than your both sides of the story and actually even got analysis, which is great! The writing was excellent.
