Description

Meet every Saturday morning between 5-6am(time and route TBA each week) at the Pick n Pay carpark, Peppergrove Mall, for a long slow group run (20 - 30k). Possible routes include Belmont Valley, Bedford road, Mountain Drive, Featherstone Kloof, Oldenburgia Trail, Woest Hill, etc.
